Returns

To process a return or exchange, please contact us via hello@foxyblondes.com.au with your order number and we will assist you with the best option. Please note: return postage is at the customers expense, unless the product has been deemed faulty by Foxy Blondes

Foxy Blondes has a strict 30-day returns policy from the date a parcel is received by the customer. Outside of this timeframe we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

Foxy Blondes allows returns for change of mind, amounting to the purchase price of the foils less any shipping costs. A refund to the original payment method or via a store credit will be issued. 

For incorrect sizing, items may be returned provided they are in original, unused and unopened condition. 

To facilitate exchanges, we will offer a store credit to ensure the customer can re-purchase items at their leisure. We cannot process exchanges manually.

We will not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened packaging
  • Used products
  • Personalised orders
  • Gift Cards
  • Gifts and Bundles
  • Clearance Items

When returning your item to our warehouse, DO NOT SIMPLY RETURN TO SENDER. Your order may go to a third party distributor and we will not be able to process your return. Once you have contacted us to open a return we will provide you with an appropriate shipping address.

Refunds

If you have received an item that is faulty or not up to our usual standard, please contact us ASAP via hello@foxyblondes.com.au. We ask that you include your order number and images of the defect/s to assist with our quality assurance moving forward. Foxy Blondes will exchange, provide store credit or refund any faulty items at their discretion.


Foxy Blondes quality control officer will return email within 48 hours of receiving a photo of the faulty goods with a decision. If you have chosen a refund and your application is approved, we will email you and process your refund within 48 hours.

As we offer an online service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item sizing and quantity is correct prior to payment.
 

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you notice a mistake in your order shortly after placing it, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to adjust your order before it ships from our warehouse.

Unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot make changes to it. However, you can still contact us upon receiving your order, and we'll be happy to discuss your return options.
